Administration
Founded in the early 2000s, H.B. Williams Elementary (also known as Harold B. Williams Elementary) was established to serve the growing White House community as part of the Sumner County Schools district.
Situated at 115 South Palmer Chapel Road, the school educates children in Pre‑K through 2nd grade, offering programs like Gifted and Talented to enrich learning experiences. Academically, the school ranks among the top 10–20 % of Tennessee elementary schools—about #138 statewide—boasting strong proficiency rates: roughly 59 % in math, 57 % in reading, and impressive 67 % in science.
The school is guided by its motto, “As I strive to do my best every day, my school promises to lead me in academic learning and personal growth.” This reflects a long-standing commitment to fostering a safe, caring, and high‑achieving environment through close collaboration between staff and the White House community.
