As we begin to plan for our year, we have to decide what our needs are and how we will pay for them.  Fundraising is necessary if we want to provide our students and teachers with materials that will help them in the learning and teaching process. 

                        School-wide fundraisers this year: 

                      TRAILBLAZER TREK---Spring

The Trailblazer Trek is an annual event at H. B. Williams.  Children are asked to seek pledges from family and friends for laps walked.  All money collected will go directly back into the classrooms to provide instructional materials for teachers and students.  We hope you will join us that day. 

                              COOKIE DOUGH SALE---January

     Purity Milk Caps
*HB Williams will be collecting PURITY MILK CAPS of any size for the TITANS "Taste of Milk " Cap Contest.   SAVE your caps srom any flavor Purity Milk.   SAVE - SEND the caps to HBW in a Ziploc bag with your child's name on it.    WIN - The school that collects the most caps will win a visit from Titans Cheerleaders, T-Rac, Pep Rally, Game Tickets, and up to $5,000 towards new PE equipment for our school!

Save those MILK CAPS all this year and all summer long so we can win next school year!

    Kroger Gift Cards

*Purchase a Kroger gift card through the HBW P.T.O. for $10.00 and 4% will be given back to HB Williams.   The gift cards are specifically coded to benefit our school.   You can "re-charge" your gift card at any time by simply going to the customer service desk at your Kroger.   Every time you add money to or buy groceries with your card, Kroger will donate 4% to HB Williams PTO!

     Campbell's Soup Labels - Music Department

*Please collect labels from Campbell Soup, Prego Sauce, Franco-American, and Swanson products.    Please send the WHOLE label for these products.   For Pepperidge Farms products, only send the UPC code.   You can send these in a baggie to your child's teacher and they will pass them on to our Music teachers, Ms. Stepleton and Mrs. Andrews.   These will be used to raise money for our Music program!!
